Dr. Kevin X. Dong
Dr. Kevin Xiao Dong received his DMD from Boston University in 2012. He is originally from Ontario, Canada, where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Sciences from the University of Western Ontario.
Dr. Dong enjoys spending time at the office; his patients and staff are like family to him as he promotes a warm, welcoming, and relaxed environment for all. He enjoys practicing all aspects of dentistry and takes pride in delivering the most meticulous treatment and most comfortable experience for his patients. He is particularly keen on attention to detail, in addition to carrying himself with the utmost integrity.
Outside of the office, Dr. Dong enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball, golf, and hiking.
He is a member of the American Dental Association and the Massachusetts Dental Society. Dr. Dong pursues his continuing education with particular interests in Implant and restorative dentistry, as well as prosthodontics.
Dr. Paul N. McCarthy
Dr. Paul McCarthy, a seasoned General Dentist with nine years of experience, originates from Rhode Island’s picturesque south shore. After graduating from Boston University Dental School in 2016, he completed a residency at Lincoln Hospital in the Bronx. He worked in both downstate and upstate New York for a few years before returning to New England.
Dr. Paul takes pride in providing comprehensive dental care while ensuring patient comfort and prioritizing a pain-free experience. He is currently pursuing his FAGD, a prestigious award that less than 6% of dentists in the USA and Canada hold.
Outside dentistry, Dr. Paul, a former competitive sailor and runner, continues to stay active through workouts, running, and golf. His interests include the Patriots, F1 racing, and reading classical history, science fiction, and philosophy books. He enjoys films by of Denis Villeneuve and Christopher Nolan films, and always appreciates a good movie recommendation.

Dr. Isaac Kim
Dr. Isaac Kim is a board-certified periodontist dedicated to providing exceptional, patient-centered care. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the Naval Postgraduate Dental School, and returned to Tufts to pursue advanced specialty training in Periodontics.
Committed to excellence and lifelong learning, Dr. Kim has completed extensive continuing education and has earned several distinguished honors, including Fellowship in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, and Diplomate status with the International Dental Implant Association.
Dr. Kim is an active member of numerous professional organizations, including the American Academy of Periodontology, Academy of Osseointegration, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, American Dental Association, and the Massachusetts Dental Society.
Above all, Dr. Kim believes in treating every patient like family and delivering the highest standard of care in a comfortable, compassionate environment. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his Yorkie, running, traveling, watching movies, and cheering on his beloved New England Patriots.
